Loose Leashes

Walking with your dog should not be an exercise in frustration!  Join us for 4 two hour classes where you and your dog will begin to work together to walk on leash.  Leash walking skills are essential for getting to the car from the house, to the vet clinic and into the classroom and reflect the true connection that a dog and handler have with one another.

Pre-requisite:  Currently enrolled in a Levels Program

Fee:  $150 or one intensive as part of your Levels Extended or Ultimate Enrolment

Findlay doing his down stay in class!

Findlay doing his down stay in class!

One Hour down stay

Does your dog need to work on relaxation and calm behaviour?  Would you like to be able to use the down stay while you do chores or eat a meal?  Down and stay is probably the most powerful exercise we have to help dogs to relax and chill out.  Join Sue for 8 weeks of down stay, where we progressively increase the difficulty and trouble shoot the challenges of teaching your dog to lie down, and stay no matter what!  We teach your dog that watching things happen around him is a rewarding activity, much like watching a sporting event is for us.  Dogs who regularly do a one hour down stay are calmer and more successful in general because they don't feel the need to bounce around!  In our last class we have a potluck social activity.

Pre-requisite:  Currently enrolled in a Levels Program.  Some Good Dogs may be includedpermission; ask if you are interested!

Fee:  $150 or one intensive as part of your Levels Extended or Ultimate Enrolment

Start Date:  November 7, 2017 (Tuesdays, 5 to 6pm)

Carlie loves to track!  Tracking is an ideal activity for Good Dogs because they don't have to meet other people or dogs they don't know.  If you have a Good Dog and you would like to try something new, consider this workshop!

Good dog tracking

Is your Good Dog a nose on legs?  Tracking is an activity that Good Dogs can participate in because each dog takes an individual turn while the other dogs wait in their crate or vehicle.  Join us for this exciting four week intensive with Rachel and teach your dog to find evidence and people your dog is already comfortable with!

Pre-requisite:  Currently enrolled in Good Dog

Fee:  $150
